well-equipped gym fresh fruit selection separate sinks
The hotel provides a well-equipped gym with several machines. I used the treadmills and found them in good condition. Breakfast offered many choices. I liked the fresh fruit selection. The room had two separate sinks.
The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, though everything ELSE was great.

excellent stay
clean hotel good breakfast necessary amenities
i found the hotel very clean throughout my stay. my room had everything i needed. the breakfast was consistently good with enough options each day.
the elia restaurant had music and performances until around midnight. rooms above the restaurant can hear those performances. this could bother light sleepers.

the hotel is close to a beach. mini-marts and supermarkets are within a short walk of 10-15 minutes. bus stops are also nearby, providing convenient access to other areas.

the reception staff were very helpful during my arrival. i was able to borrow a charging adapter from the reception when i needed one. after check-out, i could keep the pool towels to use before my late flight.

some issues
poor cleaning parking lot view
the cleaning wasn't great. i had to complain three times, and it seemed like they didn't believe me. it was disappointing, especially considering how much i paid, we didn't have the sea view that was confirmed, our room faced the parking lot instead, so i felt a bit cheated.

a tranquil escape near the turquoise sea
convenient location short stroll comfortable sunbeds
i found the location convenient it was right across from the beach i also appreciated being a short stroll from the main attractions the hotel facilities were well maintained i especially liked the comfortable sunbeds by the pool i will book again soon.
during my stay i noticed the signage was primarily in english and german i hope they add different language options it was difficult to understand some instructions other guests may also experience this issue they will need to have it corrected.

our room had a modern design it was quite spacious and always clean the balcony offered a relaxing space to enjoy the view the room included a mini fridge and a safe which was great.

the breakfast had a very good selection with many options available the breakfast area was always calm and well kept the hotel also offers a restaurant that i can recommend for lunch and dinner including an excellent breakfast.

the staff members were always friendly they were always ready to help you in everything the cleaning service was perfect they cleaned the rooms daily the hotel staff were also great with our kids.
