Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Guests consistently praise the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites for its beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, often highlighting the stunning sea views from the balconies. The hotel's location is ideal, being within walking distance to the center of Ayia Napa and a great beach, allowing easy access to both relaxation and local attractions. The breakfast selection is frequently mentioned, particularly the wide variety of options available; however, a few guests have noted that rooms above the Elia restaurant can experience some noise from evening music. well-equipped gym fresh fruit selection separate sinks

The hotel provides a well-equipped gym with several machines. I used the treadmills and found them in good condition. Breakfast offered many choices. I liked the fresh fruit selection. The room had two separate sinks.

The pillows were a little too soft for my liking, though everything ELSE was great.

some issues

poor cleaning parking lot view

the cleaning wasn't great. i had to complain three times, and it seemed like they didn't believe me. it was disappointing, especially considering how much i paid, we didn't have the sea view that was confirmed, our room faced the parking lot instead, so i felt a bit cheated.
